PAY-PER-USE MODEL FREE TRIAL GUIDELINE:

Upon activating a 7-day free trial, you won't be charged until after the trial period. After day 7, your chosen service fee will be automatically charged. Remember to cancel before the trial ends. A $1 proof of funds charge is processed upon activation, instantly refunded upon approval. The free trial excludes any credit costs beyond the monthly credits.

As a user, you are responsible for self-cancellation, card updates, and subscription management. Log in with the email used to sign up for REI Built: reibuilt.com/cancellation

If a subscription payment or threshold payment fails, you have 7 days to bring your balance up to date; otherwise, your account will automatically cancel and be deleted. Once canceled, either automatically or by the user, the account is fully deleted, including all data, customizations, phone numbers, and account additions. REI Built does not store data for defaulted or canceled accounts.

Upon activating a free trial, a $1.00 test charge is conducted to verify your card, instantly reimbursed.

SMS/CALL Fees may occur for:

Activating your custom phone number.Sending your first texts/calls.

$10 worth of credits is included, renewing every 30 days. An additional charge of $10 worth of credits occurs upon exceeding the included credit limit, covering SMS, Email, and Phone number credits. A Phone number uses $1.49 of credits monthly. Example: Each 160-character text costs .0097 cents. When you exceed the included credit amount, you are automatically charged based on your re billing threshold described below.

Usage costs are reflected in 'Settings > Company Billing' threshold.

View your credit balance anytime under 'Settings > Company Billing". This charge is due to the text/call/email billing system set up as thresholds, ensuring you're not charged for every individual text/call/email. As you send campaigns, you'll notice your remaining credit balance decrease.

Thresholds for text/call/email billing can be customized inside 'Settings > Company Billing' to your liking:

When a user preloads their account with X amount of dollars for text/call/email credits, credits are deducted after surpassing the included credits until hitting a "threshold" you set. You're then recharged based on your set amount when your text/call/email credits threshold is met.

Threshold Example:

Set to recharge your card when text/call/email credits drop below $10. When this threshold is hit, auto-recharge and purchase X amount of dollars of credits.
